Who is responsible
Thanor AI, [legal name and registered address of the data controller], is the controller of the personal data described here. For anything in this notice, write to [contact email for privacy requests].
What this page collects, and nothing else
When you join the waitlist we store:
- Your first name and email address, the two fields you type.
- Which of the two answers you pick after joining, if you pick one: whether the site is for your own business or for clients. It is optional and it decides only which version of the launch email you receive.
- The page that sent you here, your browser’s language, and a short source label, so we can tell which post or ad a signup came from. No cookies are set for this, and no profile is built.
There is no third-party analytics script, no tracking pixel, no advertising tag and no cookie banner on this page, because there is nothing here that would need one.
What the page measures about itself
We record how the page performs, and none of it is attached to you. When you open it, a random identifier is generated and kept in your browser for as long as the tab is open. It is not a cookie, it is deleted the moment you close the tab, and it cannot be used to recognise you here or anywhere else.
Against that identifier we record only:
- that the page was opened, and which site or campaign link sent you;
- whether the video was played and roughly how far it got;
- how far down the page the view reached, in quarters;
- how long the page was actually in front of you, in seconds;
- whether the form was started, and whether it was completed;
- whether the browser was a phone or a computer.
Your IP address is not stored, your browser is not fingerprinted, and none of this is shared with anybody. It exists so we can tell whether the page works, and it is kept in the same database as the list.
Why, and on what basis
To send you one email when Thanor opens, carrying the founding code that gives you three months at half price, and to run the draw for the ten free months. The legal basis is your consent, given by submitting the form. Withdrawing it is one reply to that email.
Who else sees it
- Supabase, the database the list lives in. It is stored so that the web application itself cannot read the list back: the table grants insert to the public and read access to nobody.
- Cloudflare, the Turnstile bot check on the form. Cloudflare receives the challenge data it needs to tell a person from a script.
- Vercel, hosting and the server logs that come with serving a page.
- Resend, the service that delivers the confirmation and the launch email.
Your address is never sold, rented, shared for advertising, or added to any list other than this one.
How long
Until Thanor launches and the founding offer has run its course, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. Ask and it is removed, not archived.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask for a copy of what we hold, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its use, and receive it in a portable form. Write to [contact email for privacy requests] and we answer within a month. You may also complain to your national data protection authority. In Italy that is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
Changes
If this notice changes before launch, the version here is the one that applies, and the date at the top will say when it changed.
