WebThemez has held its domain since 2014, and it replaced everything on it with a library of AI prompts. The free Bootstrap templates that made the name are gone. What sits there now is a gallery of 158 items, most of them free to take.
The interesting part of this page is not the swap. It is what a domain keeps when you do that and what it quietly drops, because the answer decides whether the age on the registration record means anything at all.

Read that first row carefully before you compare it with anything. The 92 backgrounds are looping WebP and MP4 files rather than prompts, so more than half the catalogue is footage. The prompt-bearing part is the templates and the sections, which is a smaller and more honest number than 158.
The two delivery paths are worth knowing about: each item gives you the written specification and a React project archive, so you can paste the text into a builder or open the code, whichever suits the job.
How to shop a catalogue like that#
Three item types, answering three different questions.
- Templates are whole-page specifications. Take one when the page you want is roughly the page in the preview.
- Sections are single blocks. Take one when your page already exists and one band of it is not working.
- Backgrounds are footage. Take one when you want motion behind a hero and you would rather not shoot or licence anything.
The trap is counting all three as one unit when you compare catalogue sizes between sellers. A hundred looping backgrounds and a hundred page specifications are not comparable stock, and only one of them tells a model anything about layout, type or rhythm.
The prompts are the strong part#

Here is the part that generalises past this one seller.
A domain accumulates two different things. What to hold a specification to#
A long prompt is not automatically a good one, and length is the easiest thing to fake. The useful question is which decisions are made in the file and which are left for the model to improvise.
Thanor writes every prompt to the same fixed shape, and the shape is the product:
- Four to six hex values, each with a named role, and the neutral's hue bias stated, because a pure mid-grey is the clearest tell of a generated design.
- Two named faces with the fallback stack written out, a scale in px, weights, line heights and letter-spacing.
- A grid, a gutter, page margins and a vertical rhythm as real numbers, in the shape of
160 / 96 / 48. - Named easing curves with real values such as
cubic-bezier(.16,1,.3,1), and durations in ms rather than the word smooth. - Numbered sections, each buildable without having read the one before it.
- A never list written against that specific design.
- Acceptance checks a person can run by eye.
Every file clears a 1,200 word floor and an automatic gate before it enters the library, and the gate rejects a prompt for a missing block, fewer than four colours, or motion described with no curve and no duration.

The current owner has held it continuously since 2014. A different site under different ownership sat at the same address years before that, which is why some tools report a longer history, so twelve years of continuous ownership is the honest figure.
Do the old WebThemez template pages still work?
No. The free-template estate that made the domain known is gone, and the old URLs return a 404 rather than redirecting to anything on the new site. Search results still point at some of them.
How many WebThemez items are actually prompts?
Fewer than the catalogue count suggests. Most of the 158 items are looping video and WebP backgrounds. Templates and sections are the prompt-bearing part, and 35 of the items are templates.
Can I read a WebThemez prompt before paying?
